General contractor responsible for the management and coordination of asbestos abatement, utility
disconnection, and demolition of a seven-story masonry building, as well as site preparation.

Missouri Department of Transportation (MO-DOT)
General contractor responsible for the management and coordination of asbestos abatement, utility
disconnection, demolition (by manner of implosion) of five-story, 120,000 square foot brick masonry building.
This entire project for MO-DOT also included the raising of a strip mall and several restaurants.

Monsanto
Interior demolition and site work at various buildings throughout the Monsanto complex.

TWA Dome
Demolition of the former Tony's restaurant and installation of new parking lot; excavation,
hauling and disposal of over 50,000 cubic yards of contaminated soil from former Greyhound Bus
Terminal; Underground storage tank removal and soil remediation for new domed stadium site.

Lambert St. Louis International Airport Expansion Project
General contractor responsible for the management and coordination of asbestos abatement, utility
disconnection, demolition of approximately 300 homes to date, as well as the finish grading and
seeding of lots in preparation of new runways.

Washington University
Foundation demolition and excavation of the Washington University Education Center as well as the
demolition of the KETC Channel 9 building.

St. Louis Zoo
Demolition, excavation, and site preparation for the St. Louis Children's Zoo and also the
